When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) (Monday to Friday) are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days, so your order arrives within 3–5 business days in total. Delivery is free.
How are large appliances delivered?
Smaller parcels travel with Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48. Large and heavy items are delivered by a tracked courier or pallet service, direct to your address. You receive tracking details by email where available.
Can I return it if it’s not right?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Return it by mail with the free prepaid label included in your parcel; there is no restocking fee and refunds are processed within 10 days. Returns & Refund Policy.
