We accept major debit and credit cards. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. All prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP).
How your payment is protected
- Our website uses SSL / TLS encryption, shown by the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
- Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider, which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
- Your full card number and security code are never stored on our servers and are never visible to our team.
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure, for example in your banking app, for extra protection.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the payment has been completed successfully.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. Please check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. You can then try again or use another card.
Fraud prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be subject to automated fraud checks. In rare cases we may contact you to verify an order before it is dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 10 days of approval. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Stay safe
We will never ask for your card details, passwords or one-time codes by email, phone or message. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Velarino, please do not respond and forward it to support@velarino.co.uk.
