Where to find your details
- Your order number is in your order confirmation email, and on the confirmation page shown after checkout.
- Use the same email address you entered at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, your carrier tracking details are also sent to you by email, where available.
Delivery timeline
1. Processing: Your order is processed within 1 business day after payment, on business days.
2. Dispatched: You receive your tracking details by email.
3. Delivered: Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
